Technical Characteristics: It is situated in Pamporovo Resort,
Ski center #1 - Avtogarata (Bus Station) and connects Pamporovo Bus Stationwith Studenets Chalet
and Studenets Ski center. The quad chairlift was put into operation on December 12, 2004 and replaces
singlechairlift with fixed-grip seats
(1-CLF) with capacity of 250 people per hour,
built in 1967. The new ropeway is constructed by the
Austrian company "Doppelmayr",
which in 2002 became part of the Austrian-Swiss group "Doppelmayr-Garaventa" (Web-site).
The lower lift station is

Pamporovo Bus Station and the upper one is on 1668 m.

LIFT # 1 AVTOGARATA,connecting Studenets
Chalet with Snezhanka Summit (1926-m. altitude).The high-speed quad chairlift was put into operation on December
28, 2000 and replaces
singlechairlift with fixed-grip seats
(1-CLF) with capacity of 600 people per hour,
built in 1967. The new ropeway is constructed
by Austrian-Swiss company "Girak-Garaventa", which in 2002 became part of the
Austrian-Swiss group "Doppelmayr-Garaventa" (Web-site).
The lower lift station is

on 1678 m. altitude
in Studenets Ski center, nearStudenets Chalet and the upper one is on 1924
m. on Snezhanka Summit. The quad chairlift
has a length of 1100
m. and overcomes the
difference in height 246 meters. Along the
route were placed 13 pillars and is tightrope for
transportation with thickness of 38 mm.The trip lasts about 4 min. at a design speed of 5
m/s. The ropeway capacity is 2400
people per hour, provided by 80 number external seats.

mosta Surface Lift (Platter Lift), constructed in
1983. The ropeway is constructed by the French company "POMA" (Web-site).It is named architect Petar
Petrov (1925-2007), one of the designers of Pamporovo Resort, died on 25.02.2007
at tragic accident on the Surface Lift
"Dvata mosta" ("Two Bridges").The lower lift station is

altitude in Dvata mosta Area and the upper one is on
1918 m.

and with it has been increased the capacity of the lift of
2000 people per hour and travel time - reduced from 17 to 10 minutes. The lower lift station is
located
on 1155 m. altitude above
town of Chepelare, the medial station is on 1525 m. altitude and the
upper one is on 1873 m.

height 718 meters at a design speed of 5 m/s. Along the

The ropeway services ski runs in Chepelare
Sport Center near the town of Chepelare, descending along the slopes of Mechi
Vrah Summit (Bear's Summit, 1873-m. altitude).
The number of ski runs is 12, and ski ways - 5 with a total length of nearly 18
km. Among them is the longest alpine ski run in Bulgaria - "the red" ski run "Mechi
Chal 1" long 3350 meters, which is certified for international competitions. The
presence of an medial lift station allows in the absence of enough snow in the
lower slopes, the skiers to use slopes immediately below Mechi Chal Summit
